Join us in making a difference for Devvastated!
Our vision is to create a world where recovery is embraced within our communities through compassionate support, the elimination of stigma, and widespread awareness of the dangers of fentanyl poisoning. We strive to empower individuals and families affected by addiction with the tools and resources needed for healing and a sustainable sober life—ultimately fostering a safer, healthier, and more understanding society for all.
Devvastated was founded in response to the devastating loss of a loved one to fentanyl poisoning. Committed to raising awareness about the dangers of this crisis, our mission is to educate and inform as many people as possible. We actively engage with communities by hosting and participating in events to spread awareness about fentanyl poisoning.
As part of our long-term vision, Devvastated is exploring the development of a dedicated space designed to support individuals in recovery, their families, and those struggling with mental health challenges. This space would provide a range of activities and resources, including CrossFit, cooking and baking classes, art activities, and access to 12-step meetings and counseling services.
While we work toward making this vision a reality, we are currently focused on two meaningful projects:
Through these efforts, Devvastated remains dedicated to advocacy, education, and support, with the goal of preventing further loss and fostering hope within our communities.
Despite being only being operational since August 2022 we're proud to have achieved significant milestones. We've partnered with other like-minded nonprofits and were honored to sponsor the first Warren County Fentanyl Awareness and Prevention Day on August 21, 2023. While there is still much to accomplish, we are confident that with the support of dedicated individuals like you, we will continue to make meaningful progress.
Blake Tyler, a talented musician, recently penned a heartfelt song in memory of his best friend, Devon, who tragically lost his life to fentanyl. Their 30-year friendship was filled with countless shared memories, adventures, and support for each other. Blake poured his soul into the lyrics, capturing the essence of their bond and the profound impact Devon had on his life.
